Art & nature lovers – come along and spend the day at Rufford Craft Centre, Notts. This event is on for 6 weeks in a fantastic venue with some great contemporary art and crafts for viewing and for sale, from 50 Notts artists. I’m exhibiting 3 pieces as part of ‘Open Studio Notts 2014’. This one is called ‘Summer Breeze’ – it is a traingular piece of Flemish glass mounted on rare Australian Banksia wood. Throughout the gallery are pieces of art to suit all budgets. There’s a great café, sculptures in the gardens, lovely walks around the lake, birds & animals with their offspring and a fabulous walk in the woods, where the bluebells at the moment are just stunning! A great place to bring all of the family for a fun day out.
